Joyful expressions of faith
Music is a joyful expression of faith and fellowship at Jerusalem Presbyterian Church.
- JPC Chancel Choir. Men and women join voices to enrich regular worship services with sacred and contemporary music, accompanied by our very own Mary Peterson on the piano and organ.
- Choir spots are always open!
- Rehearsals take place at the church on Thursdays at 7:00 p.m.
- To learn more contact Nathan Zywicki at nzywicki83@gmail.com
- “Back Row” Men’s Choir. The men of the choir take center stage for memorable performances throughout the year.
- JPC Ding Dongs. A small but mighty choir of people come together and make a joyful noise through the use of handbells.
- Interested in ringing? Contact Nathan Zywicki for more information!
- Special Music. When choirs are not part of worship service, you might enjoy a violin, trumpet or vocal solo — or other special performance.
- Hymn Sing. On the second Sunday of the month throughout the year, our worship service includes a hymn sing where you can request your favorites.
- Children’s Christmas Program. In the weeks before Christmas, the youth (both young and old) of our congregation plan a special program, incorporating music, drama, joy and creativity to tell the story of Christ’s birth.
